Enterprise Change

Fogbreak offers a four phase program that begins with information gathering, vision and values foundations, education series, and finally a reflection phase and next steps.

Equity Education

Fogbreak provides an interactive core curriculum to address equity and inclusion in discrete workshops to foster engaged communities. The workshops can be completed as a series or individually and address topics such as implicit bias, racial equity, and fairness in hiring and evaluations.

DE&I Coach/Consult

Fogbreak collaborates with leaders to support their organization's work around equity and inclusion. Whether the work is just beginning or is well-established but needs to be more fully integrated and effective, Fogbreak can provide advice, suggestions and guidance through 1:1 consulting.
